Return Policy
Due to strict product quality and safety standards, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for seat belts or other safety related products. You can rest easy knowing that all safeTboy products have been individually quality inspected by the factory, and have never been touched or tampered with before reaching you.
Damages and issues
If for any reason there is an issue with the product or damage to the package you received, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In order for us to expedite any resolution, it would be helpful if you are able to provide images of any damage when you report the issue. Please do not throw away the packaging or label before resolution. We greatly value your business and will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
